includes a tailored package of a minimum of three meetings, based on what you want to cover, strategically and practically. We’ll decide together your focus, which might be the differences between nonprofits and corporate boards, engaging board members in fundraising, working with executive directors, board strategic planning, or running an effective board meeting. We schedule with you based on your pace and priorities. The meetings might take place over a month, or a year, in person, virtually, or by phone.
